The CWPPF condemns the brutal assault on Daily Times journalist Mr. Gabriel Idibia by the Kaduna Police Command. Detained, beaten, and denied legal access for reporting cattle blocking Kachia expressway.

This gross violation of human rights and press freedom is unacceptable.
